1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 16x platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.

Use of the 16x platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in betting activities.
You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable laws.
This platform is for personal and entertainment use only. Using it on behalf of others or for commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent from 16x.
You are responsible for ensuring that online betting activities are legal in your area or country.

16x reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate accounts of users who do not meet the eligibility requirements above.

2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is allowed only one registered account on 16x. Attempts to register multiple accounts may result in suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. 16x reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Regarding account security, users are fully responsible for:

Keep your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
Notify the 16x support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Ensure you log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices.
Update your account information when personal details such as phone number or email address change.

16x is not liable for any losses arising from user negligence in protecting their account information.

3. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)

All transactions on the 16x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currency payments directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of the user and their bank or payment service.

Regarding deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on your chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Current limits are shown on the deposit page within your account.
Funds will be credited to your account after payment confirmation. Processing times vary depending on the method used.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they enter are accurate. 16x is not liable for any delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

Regarding withdrawals:

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the user’s name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
16x may require additional identity verification before approving withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits.
Funds obtained through activities violating these terms, including system abuse or fraud, are not eligible for withdrawal and may be seized.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits

16x platform users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical methods to exploit the platform system.
Attempting to influence betting outcomes through illegal means, including collusion with other users or third parties.
Distributing or uploading illegal, threatening, or reputation-damaging content affecting 16x or other users.
Using the account for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
Sharing accounts or allowing others to use your account.

Regarding liability limits, 16x will not be held responsible in the following situations:

Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, natural disasters, or factors beyond our control.
Financial losses resulting from users' own betting decisions.
Unauthorized account access due to user negligence in protecting login information.
Inaccuracies or delays in information provided by third-party sources such as odds providers or sports data.

In all cases, 16x’s maximum liability to any user will not exceed the amount the user deposited within 30 days before the claim.

5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Account Suspension and Closure

16x reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to term violations, suspected fraud, illegal activities, or failure to complete identity verification. If accounts are closed for term violations, remaining balances may be forfeited depending on the severity. Accounts closed for non-violation reasons allow users to withdraw eligible funds.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 16x platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, icons, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 16x or its licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 16x platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers or sports data suppliers. 16x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users are encouraged to review their terms before using such services.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws

16x reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be notified to users at least 7 days before they take effect, via account notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
